The friendly desk staff made check-in a breeze , and I loved the variety at breakfast with different choices each day.

The location is convenient , but the parking wasn’t the best experience with limited front spots available.

The pool was amazing! Clean and deep, perfect for laps. Loved the clean room but parking could be a pain. 😊

the holiday inn express was a great spot for our family. the staff was super friendly and helped us with our key card issues promptly. our room with two queen beds was spacious and clean, perfect for relaxing. we also loved the large indoor heated swimming pool, which was a hit with the kids! it’s very close to downtown attractions too.

Charming stay near the harbor

The staff provided outstanding service, always willing to assist, which made our experience delightful. The room was clean, spacious, and had comfy beds, making for a great night's sleep.

The breakfast selection felt a bit limited compared to typical offerings, and we had some minor noise disturbances from nearby rooms, but it didn’t overshadow our stay.

The indoor heated pool was a total hit with the kids, and the spacious rooms made our family feel right at home! Plus, the amazing view of the harbor was a bonus.

The area feels sketchy, and the unattractive parking lot is uninviting!!! Limited main parking area is inconvenient, forcing guests to park in back lots that lack security!!! My IHG membership should offer better upgrades and discounts!!!

I enjoyed the spacious King Suite with comfortable beds. However, the hot tub was closed during my stay.

Fantastic Staff and Comfortable Rooms

I had a great experience during my stay. The room was spacious and clean, which made for a relaxing environment after a long drive. I really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk. they genuinely seemed to care about our comfort and experience at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was impressive as well, offering a variety of choices to start the day right. One area for improvement could be the parking. it felt a bit tight at times.

Room felt cramped for three people with only a small queen-size bed. Limited main parking area forced me to park in the back spot, which didn't seem entirely secure.

However, noise levels from neighboring rooms were a little disruptive at times, and the parking arrangement could use better signage for first-time guests.

The room was super clean and spacious, with comfy double queen beds. Really loved the laminate flooring instead of old carpets! It made the room feel fresh. The blackout blinds helped for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was decent too, way better than those grab-and-go bags. But I didn’t get the harbor view I had hoped for, which was a bummer.

i loved my stay at holiday inn express! the breakfast was fantastic with different choices every morning. it was super close to the walking path leading downtown, making it easy to explore. the staff handled a fire alarm situation calmly and efficiently, which really impressed me. also, the large indoor heated pool was a hit!
